Spinach And Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
    1/2 lb. cream cheese (don't use generic brand)
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    5 Tbsp. milk
    pepper to taste (I use white pepper)
    1/3 c. fresh grated Parmesan or Romano cheese (I use twice as much of the Romano)
Preparation
    Prepare frozen artichokes as package directs.
    Do not overcook.
    Drain the artichokes and place on bottom of 3-quart casserole dish.
    Squeeze as much water as possible from the thawed spinach and layer it on top of the artichokes.
