Zucchini And Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    6 to 8 zucchini, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. milk or more
    1/4 to 1/2 c. dry milk powder
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce or to taste
    1 Tbsp. curry powder or to taste
Preparation
    In a large heavy kettle, saute onion in butter until transparent.
    Add zucchini and salt.
    Saute 10 to 15 minutes or until zucchini is almost soft.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cook 2 minutes or until tender.
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Heat through.
