Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. oleo
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. lukewarm water
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    6 pkg. yeast, dissolved
    8 c. flour, sifted twice
Preparation
    Scald milk and oleo in a large pot (Dutch oven).
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in sugar and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add eggs, yeast and 4 cups of flour.
    Mix well.
    Add remaining 4 cups flour.
    Mix. Place cover on the pot.
    Let rise until double in bulk, about 50 to 60 minutes.
    Stir down.
    Place on floured board and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Place on greased (Crisco) cookie sheets.
    Cover with dish towels free from draft.
    Let rise about 45 minutes. Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Brush tops with melted butter.
    Yield: 72 rolls.
