Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. almond flavoring
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
chocolate curls, almonds or fruit for topping
Preparation

Beat together cream cheese, 2/3 cup sugar and almond flavoring until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each at low speed.
Pour into an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Stir together sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.
Spread on top of baked pie.
Cool.
Top with chocolate curls, almonds or fruit.
Chill.
Serves 6 to 8.
