Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. raw rice (Uncle Ben's converted long grain)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. water
    1 chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Spread rice in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Lay chicken over rice.
    Spread soup on top of chicken.
    Sprinkle dry onion soup over this, then add water and bake 2 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Cover pan with foil.
    Take foil off last 10 minutes.
    After about 45 minutes, raise chicken up a little and stir rice so soup and moisture go to bottom and the rice isn't so dry.
