Oven Barbecued Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. venison roast
    1/2 c. bacon drippings
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 c. water
    2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 c. ketchup
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 green peppers, chopped
    3 to 4 drops Tabasco
Preparation
    Season roast with salt and pepper and brown in bacon fat with garlic.
    Drain off fat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours or until tender. Remove meat from pan and add rest of ingredients to juices. Remove to oven 1 hour or until thickened.
    Slice meat, then add back to sauce and bake 30 minutes more.
    Serve with rolls.
