Dr. Bird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 c. diced bananas
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add bananas, oil, vanilla, eggs and pineapple.
    Stir to blend.
    DO NOT BEAT.
    Pour into greased 9-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Invert.
    Does not need icing.
