Sister Lisset'S Tea Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cakes yeast
    6 c. milk
    1 c. butter
    4 tsp. salt
    12 c. flour
    2 2/3 c. brown sugar
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. raisins
    2 c. currants
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Scald milk and add butter and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add yeast and beat in 2 cups sifted flour.
    Cover and let stand overnight.
