Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. squash, chopped
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can pimentos
    2 large chopped bell peppers
    2 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Mix squash, onions, pimentos and bell peppers; let stand for 1 hour.
    Put remaining ingredients in spice bag and add the squash mixture.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pack into sterilized jars and seal.
