Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 chicken, boiled
    1/2 onion
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    2 jalapenos, minced
    chili powder
    garlic powder
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    corn tortillas
Preparation
    Remove chicken from bone and place in frying pan with onion, stewed tomatoes, pepper, chili powder and garlic powder.
    Heat to boiling.
    Scoop mixture into corn tortillas; roll and place in shallow pan.
    Pour remaining liquid from frying pan over tortillas.
    Dollop sour cream over that and top with grated Monterey Jack cheese.
    Broil until cheese is melted.
