Baked Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef stew
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix
    1 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 carrots
    3 medium potatoes
Preparation
    Brown
    beef
    with oil in skillet.
    Add all ingredients, except carrots
    and
    potatoes and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Place carrots
    and
    potatoes in baking dish.
    Top with meat mixture. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
