Easy Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices white bread
1 lb. pork sausage
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cut bread in small cubes.
Place in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Cook sausage; drain and crumble over bread. Sprinkle cheese on sausage.
Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over cheese.
Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until brown.
