Seafood Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. fresh crab meat
    2 c. chopped raw shrimp
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. parsley
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute onions, bell pepper, garlic and chopped celery in margarine until wilted and onions are clear.
    Add crab meat and shrimp; saute this until shrimp are pink.
    Then add mushroom soup, red and black pepper, parsley, rice and salt.
    Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 10 to 12 servings.
