Walnut And Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs (beaten)
    1 3/4 cups sugar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    4 Rome apples (peeled, cored and chopped)
    1 cup walnuts
    Garnish: powdered sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Beat eggs and sugar for 5 minutes, or until sugar has dissolved and mixture is thick.
    Keep beating and add oil, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Slowly add flour until batter is smooth and thick.
    Stir in apples and walnuts.
    Pour batter in a greased
    9 x 13 inch baking pan.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
