Mexican Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 manicotti shells, cooked
    2 cooked chicken breast halves, diced
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. sliced black olives
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/2 c. shredded hot pepper cheese
    1 1/2 c. hot tomato salsa
Preparation
    Combine chicken, cottage cheese, olives, pimiento, parsley and hot pepper sauce.
    Stuff shells.
    Place in greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheese and tomato salsa.
    Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
