Spaghetti Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
    1 tsp. basil
    8 oz. spaghetti, broken, cooked and drained
    1 to 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, cook ground beef, onion and garlic until brown and tender.
    Drain well.
    Stir in vegetables and seasonings. Bring to boil and boil gently, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in spaghetti.
    Place half of mixture in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
    Top with remaining mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 12.
