Salmon Party Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon (2 c.)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Remove skin and bones. Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke. Mix thoroughly. Chill several hours. Combine pecans and parsley. Shape into a ball and roll in nut and parsley mixture. Garnish with cheery cherry tomatoes.
