Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
1 c. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter or margarine
40 Ritz crackers
2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
Preparation

Cook chicken and take meat from the bones.
Put on the bottom of casserole dish.
Mix sour cream, soup and milk.
Pour this over chicken.
Melt butter/margarine.
Put over the mixture in the dish.
Sprinkle poppy seeds over the crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
