Eggnog(Non-Alcoholic) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cream
1 egg yolk
2 tsp. buckwheat honey
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on low speed for 20 seconds.
Serve cold with a little whipped cream on top, if desired.
Yields one portion.
