Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. sausage
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2/3 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except soup and water, and form into balls.
    Combine soup and water.
    Drop meatballs into mixture and cook over low heat, covered, for about 1 hour.
    Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
