Bishop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground hamburger
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    potato chips
    1 medium onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can Mexicorn
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in butter.
    Add browned meat.
    Dissolve cheese (room temperature) and mix with mushroom soup.
    Add soup, cheese and corn to meat; put in dish.
    Cover with crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
