Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
1/2 bell pepper (red or green or both)
3 to 4 spring onions
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
diced tomatoes
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients except tomatoes.
Place tomatoes on top (do not stir).
Refrigerate.
