Speedy Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (15 oz.) can Hunt's special tomato sauce
1 3/4 c. cold water
2 eggs
15 oz. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, chopped and drained
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. uncooked lasagna noodles (broken in 1/2)
Preparation

Heat
first

ingredients,
stirring
until
blended. Remove from
heat.
Beat
eggs in a large bowl and add cheese, spinach, salt and 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover
with
a
little
sauce.
Layer
noodles, cheese, spinach, cheese and sauce.
Repeat layers, ending with tomato sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
