Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken pieces (dark meat)
8 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. soy saue
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 bay leaf
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and heat to a boil.
Stir chicken pieces.
Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for one hour, stirring chicken occasionally.
Remove chicken and thicken sauce with a mixture of cornstarch and water.
Serve with rice and a salad.
