Kinako Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    oil for deep frying
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. mochiko
    3/4 or 1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. kinako
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oil for deep frying.
    In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
    Shape into small balls with hand or spoon.
    Fry until golden brown.
    Drain on absorbent paper.
    Serve warm, if desired.
