Mandarin Orange Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1 small can mandarin oranges (juice and all)
1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix and bake in 4 layers for 15 or 20 minutes.
(I had difficulty in removing the cake from the pans because of them being so moist.
The best solution I've found to this problem is to put spray cooking oil in the bottom and on the sides of the pans and then put a piece of waxed paper in the bottom.)
