Quick And Easy Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. flaked coconut
    2/3 c. unsweetened condensed milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix coconut, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls, about 1-inch apart, onto well-greased cookie sheets, pressing down ends of coconut with back of spoon.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheets.
    Top with almonds or maraschino cherries, if desired.
    Cool on wire racks.
    Yields 4 dozen.
