Black Bean Sauce(For Stuffed Zucchini) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 fermented black beans
    2 cloves garlic
    1-inch piece ginger, sliced and mashed
    little peanut oil
    1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
    1 tsp. shoyu sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 can chicken broth
    cornstarch to thicken
    1 stalk green onion, chopped
Preparation
    Heat garlic and ginger in oil until aromatic, approximately 1 to 2 minutes.
    Remove.
    Add rinsed black beans and stir for 1 minute.
    Add the oyster sauce, shoyu sauce, sugar and chicken broth.
    Add salt and aji to taste.
    Thicken with cornstarch mixed with a little broth and water.
    Add chopped green onions.
    Pour over stuffed zucchini and serve.
