Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 extra-large mushrooms
6 chopped shallots
1 clove garlic
Cheddar cheese
butter or margarine
Preparation
-
Take stems out of mushrooms and chop finely.
Chop shallots and garlic finely.
Mix with stems.
Place small cubes of cheese in mushroom cap.
Stuff caps with stems, shallots and garlic.
Put butter over caps and broil until mushrooms are soft.
