Double Cheese And Mashed Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. firm instant mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. finely diced Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. finely diced sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    black pepper to taste
    1/4 c. crumbled cooked bacon
    garlic salt
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine and mix well first 6 ingredients.
    Put in buttered 9-inch pie pan and sprinkle with bacon.
    Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt, then dot with butter.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven 15 to 20 minutes or until puffy and golden brown.
    Makes 6 servings.
