Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sq. semi-sweet Baker's chocolate, melted
    3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1 egg yolk
    1 1/4 c. sifted 10x sugar
    1/4 c. brandy or coffee liquor
    plain or toasted coconut (as needed)
Preparation
    Cream butter with egg yolk.
    Gradually add sugar and blend. Stir in chocolate and liquor.
    Chill until firm to handle. Shape into 3/4-inch balls. Roll in coconut.
    Chill.
    Store in refrigerator.
