Lamb On The Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. tamari
    2 shallots, minced (onions or scallions may also be used)
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 tsp. dry rosemary or 1 to 2 Tbsp. fresh
    fresh mint, chopped (optional)
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; pour over lamb and cover.
    Refrigerate for about 6 hours, turning frequently if possible.
    Prepare grill. Drain meat, reserving the marinade.
    Grill lamb about 4 inches from coals, basting with marinade frequently.
