Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 prepared pie crust
    1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. melted butter
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Mix and blend well the ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat and bake an additional 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cover edge of crust with strips of foil after 30 minutes of baking to prevent excessive browning.
