Nonfat Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
4 egg whites
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. water
1/2 c. high fructose corn sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly coat a 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients and mix.
Whisk egg whites, water and corn syrup in a medium sized bowl.
Stir this into the dry ingredients until smooth, then pour the batter into the pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until the cake springs back when lightly touched.
Makes 16 servings.
