Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    olive oil
    chicken (to preference)
    1 (28 oz.) can Pastene kitchen ready tomatoes
    garlic salt
    salt
    2 to 3 green peppers
    fresh mushrooms (or 1 can B&B mushrooms)
    basil (fresh is best)
    grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    1/4 to 1/2 c. wine (to preference)
Preparation
    Brown chicken pieces in olive oil, season with garlic salt or regular salt.
    Remove to a baking dish.
    In frying pan add peppers, sliced, with more olive oil and saute.
    Then add tomatoes, basil and mushrooms. Mix well.
    Flavor with grated cheese and wine.
    Mix well and pour over chicken in baking dish.
    Cook for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 in oven.
    Serve with buttered noodles and a green salad.
