German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 1/2 c. pecans
    1 c. coconut (Angel Flake)
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 box powdered sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Spread toasted nuts in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Prepare cake mix according to directions and pour over nuts.
    Sprinkle coconut on top of cake batter and set aside.
    Cream together cream cheese and margarine.
    Add sugar and mix until creamy; spoon cheese mixture over batter and bake 1 hour.
