Spicy Snack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. almonds
    1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 qt. water
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Bring 1 quart of water to boiling.
    Dump almonds in boiling water; cook about 1 minute.
    Drain almonds well in a colander. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet.
    Add cayenne pepper and salt to the hot oil.
    Saute almonds until golden.
    Cool.
    Keep in refrigerator.
