Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

salt and pepper
4 chicken breasts, boned, split and skinned
1 pt. low-fat sour cream
dry stuffing mix
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Salt and pepper the prepared chicken breast.
Place in shallow baking pan and spread thickly with sour cream.
Sprinkle the dry dressing heavily over all.
Dot well with butter.
Bake for 45 minutes until crisp and brown.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
