Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. butter
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    3 c. cooked chicken
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 pkg. yellow Spanish rice (Virgo)
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions except use broth leftover from boiling the chicken.
