Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large chicken breasts, skinned and boned
salt to taste
6 thin slices lean baked ham
6 oz. Swiss cheese in sticks
1/4 c. flour
3 Tbsp. butter
1 (3 to 4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
Preparation

Pound chicken to 1/4-inch thickness.
Season with salt.
Place ham and cheese stick on each breast and roll up and tie.
Coat rolls with flour and lightly brown in butter.
Place in baking dish.
In same skillet, stir in mushrooms, water, wine and Heinz 57 sauce.
Heat and pour over chicken.
Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Thicken sauce if desired.
Serve with rice.
Great for company!
