Corn Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. self-rising meal
1/2 to 3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Preheat a medium size iron skillet. Grease well.
Mix meal, flour and buttermilk until smooth.
Pour in hot skillet. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Change oven temperature to broil and brown top.
