Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken cutlets
    flour
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. paprika
    margarine for pan
    2 bouillon cubes (chicken flavored)
    1 to 2 eggs with 2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine flour, garlic and paprika.
    Dip chicken cutlet in dry mixture.
    Dip chicken cutlet in egg with lemon juice.
    Brown in margarine (not oil) in a frying pan.
    When brown, add 3/4 cup boiling water, bouillon cubes and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
