Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    4 Tbsp. cold water
    1 c. boiling water
    juice from 1 lemon
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (retain juice)
    4 pkg. Dream Whip
    1 c. sugar
    1 large angel food cake
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Soften gelatin with cold water.
    Add boiling water, lemon juice and pineapple juice.
    Mix well.
    Add sugar and drained pineapple.
    Mix well and chill until set.
    Whip 2 packages Dream Whip (follow directions on package) and fold into gelatin mixture. Start pinching mixture into small pieces and cover bottom of pan. Pinch cake and cover mixture.
    Alternate cake and gelatin mixture.
    Whip the other 2 packages Dream Whip and spread over top.
    Now cover with coconut.
    Cover pan and chill overnight.
