Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 lb. Colby Longhorn cheese, cut into small cubes
1/4 c. salted peanuts
1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
1 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Drain juice from pineapple and keep.
Combine in a bowl pineapple, cheese and peanuts.
Put pineapple juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar.
Dissolve cornstarch in 1/2 cup water; pour into boiling juice, stirring constantly.
Pour over pineapple mixture.
Chill and serve.
