Crawfish In A Bundle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf French bread
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. boiled, peeled crawfish tails
1/3 c. chopped black olives
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Carefully slice off top of French bread.
Hollow out the bottom portion.
Save the top.
In saucepan, melt margarine on low heat and stir in celery, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
Simmer until vegetables are tender.
Add crawfish and black olives.
Add mayonnaise and dry mustard.
Mix well and let slightly cool. Gently add cheese.
