Swiss Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 c. (heaping) peeled, diced apples
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in bowl.
    Pour into greased pie plate. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Do not use party shell or pie. Yields 6 servings.
