Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. V-8 juice
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    2 c. cooked shrimp
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix the first 7 ingredients.
    Pour into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Mix the bread crumbs and melted margarine; spread over above mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
