Royal Bibingka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    banana leaves, wilted
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 c. coconut milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and creamy.
    Add sugar gradually beating well after each addition.
    Sift flour and baking powder together. Beat dry ingredients alternately with coconut milk.
    Pour batter into 29-inch layer cake pans that have been greased and lined with wilted banana leaves.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Take out pans and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 20 minutes more.
    Brush twice with margarine while baking.
    When done, brush again with margarine and sprinkle with sugar.
    Serve with freshly grated coconut.
