Corn Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 Tbsp. pepper
    2 eggs (separate)
Preparation
    Drain corn, reserving liquid.
    Add enough milk to measure 1 cup.
    In saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour and pepper.
    Add reserved liquid.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in corn and beaten egg yolks.
    Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into corn mixture; pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
