Artichoke Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken flavor Rice-A-Roni
    2 scallions, finely sliced
    1/3 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    8 green olives, sliced
    1 jar marinated artichokes, chopped (save liquids)
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed, omitting butter.
    Cool.
    Add scallions, peppers, olives, artichokes and almonds.
    Combine marinade from artichokes with curry and mayonnaise.
    Toss together. Refrigerate several hours.
